Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Norwood, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver resident care in a warm, home-like setting on part-time shifts (7a-3p and 3p-11p, including every other weekend). A valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required.

Dementia experience is preferred; training is provided, and our team supports quality of life with teamwork, dignity, and personalized care for each resident.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Other duties as needed
