Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Framingham, Massachusetts, seeks Part Time and Per Diem CNAs/HHAs to provide care in a warm, home-like environment. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, documenting care, and engaging in meaningful interactions. Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to residents in a warm, home-like environment as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
