Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred.
• Experience working with residents who have dementia is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Document care provided and report changes to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure high-quality care.
