Benchmark Senior Living in Centerville, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver high-quality resident care in a warm, home-like environment. The role emphasizes daily living activities, safety, and emotional support, with a schedule including mornings, evenings, nights, and every other weekend.

Qualified candidates hold a CNA/HHA/LNA license; prior SNF or AL experience is preferred but not required. Experience with dementia is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Experience with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Document care provided and report health or behavior changes to staff
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive high-quality care
• Other duties as needed
