Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Hanover, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver warm, person-centered care to residents in a home-like setting. As a CNA, you will assist with daily living activities, document care, and report changes to the nursing team, while engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
