Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living in Plymouth, MA is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver high‑quality resident care in a warm, home‑like environment. Full‑time shifts available: 11pm–7am, 3pm–11pm, and 7am–3pm.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, document care and changes, engage them in meaningful activities, provide emotional support, and collaborate with staff to ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred.
• Experience working with residents with dementia desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Documenting care and reporting changes to staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Using customer service skills to ensure residents receive meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full time 11pm-7am

Full time 3pm-11pm

Full time 7am-3pm

$20.50/hr - $21.75/hr

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
