Job summary

Redstone is seeking a CNA/HHA to join our team in Greensburg, PA. The role focuses on one-on-one patient care with guaranteed hours and a flexible Monday–Friday schedule. Full-time, with an 8:00 am–4:30 pm shift and occasional weekend/on-call coverage.

Direct Care Worker and Home Health Aide tracks offer paid training and advancement opportunities, including tuition assistance. Redstone emphasizes a supportive team, PTO after 30 days, and a strong commitment to care and community.

Qualifications

• Current PA Nursing Assistant Certification is required.
• Driver's License is required in PA.

One-on-one patient care, guaranteed hours, flexible Monday - Friday schedule and benefits!

Direct Care Worker (DCW) and Home Health Aide (HHA) Training Available! Get paid while you learn! Earn $150 for the DCW track and $500 for the HHA track. Complete both tracks and earn $650! This money goes directly to you. Candidates must first complete forty (40) hours of work to be eligible, and training must be completed on-site at the Greensburg facility within 30 days of hire.

What will I do as an employee with Redstone?

• Care for residents in nursing and personal care/assisted living departments while keeping them safe and comfortable during their activities of daily living.
