Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver resident care in a warm, home-like environment. The role supports daily living activities, documentation, and emotional support for residents across shifts.

The position includes full-time 7am-3pm and part-time/all shifts/per diem options; benefits are available. Prior dementia experience is preferred but not required, and a valid CNA/HHA/LNA license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred but not required
• Experience working with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Documenting care and reporting changes to staff
• Engaging residents in activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure meaningful care
• Other duties as needed

We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

Full time 7am-3pm

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
