Qualifications

• 2 years professional caregiving experience (CNA/HHA/PCA) with references.
• Alzheimer's/Dementia experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proof of current car insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with ADLs/IADLs in home care settings (hygiene, incontinence care, mobility/transfer, light housekeeping, meal prep).
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with Clients, family, and coworkers.
• Follow personal care service plans and document outcomes.
• Keep Client environments clean and organized.
• Remind Client to take medications.
• Report changes in Client condition to ensure quality of care.
