Home Care Assistance of Arlington is seeking dependable caregivers to join our growing team. We provide in-home care for seniors, with a focus on well-being and quality of life. Join a supportive, values-driven team making a meaningful difference in the aging population.

Qualifications

• 2 years professional experience as CNA/HHA/PCA with references.
• Alzheimer's/Dementia experience.
• Valid driver license required.
• Proof of current car insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Provide assistance with ADLs/IADLs in home care setting (hygiene, incontinence care, mobility, light housekeeping, meal prep).
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and families.
• Document care on service plan after visits.
• Keep client environment clean and organized.
• Remind client to take medications as prescribed.
• Report changes in client condition to ensure quality of care.
