Home Care Assistance of Arlington is seeking dependable caregivers to join our growing team, serving Arlington and surrounding areas. You will provide compassionate in-home care to seniors, assisting with ADLs/IADLs, mobility support, meal prep, and light housekeeping, while maintaining a professional relationship with clients and families.

Qualifications

• 2 years professional caregiver experience (CNA/HHA/PCA) with references.
• Alzheimer's/Dementia care experience required.
• Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance.
• Must pass a background check.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with ADLs and IADLs for clients in the home.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and families.
• Follow the personal care service plan; document progress.
• Keep the client environment clean and organized.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
• Report changes in the client's condition to ensure quality care.
