Qualifications

• 2 years professional experience (CNA, HHA, PCA) with references.
• Alzheimer's/Dementia experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proof of current car insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with ADLs and IADLs in the home (hygiene, incontinence care, mobility, light housekeeping, meals).
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and coworkers.
• Follow the personal care service plan and document progress.
• Keep the client's environment clean and organized.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
• Report changes in the client's condition to ensure quality care.
