Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional caregiving experience with references.
• Alzheimer's/dementia care experience.
• Valid driver's license and current car insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs/IADLs in home care (hygiene, mobility, medication reminders).
• Maintain professional relationships with Clients, families, and coworkers.
• Follow care plans and document tasks completed.
• Keep Client environments clean and organized.
• Support Client self-care and safety monitoring.
• Report changes in Client condition to supervisor.
