Formación

• 2+ years of professional caregiving experience with verifiable references.
• Alzheimer’s/Dementia care experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and work legally in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Provide assistance with ADLs and IADLs in the client’s home (hygiene, mobility, light housekeeping, meals).
• Maintain professional communication with clients, family, and coworkers.
• Follow personal care service plans and document completed tasks.
• Keep the client’s environment clean and organized.
• Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
• Report changes in the client’s condition to ensure quality care.
