Job summary

Sterling Pointe Senior Living is seeking dedicated CNA/HHA staff in Princeton, MN. Join a Lifespark community offering Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. Full Time/Part Time PM and Full Time NOC shifts available, every other weekend.

Wage ranges: HHA $17–$22, CNA $19–$24 per hour with shift differentials of $1 PM and $2 NOC. Join a caring team focused on enriching residents’ lives and providing respectful, person-centered care in a 57-unit community near Highway 169.

Qualifications

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Annual wage reviews with wage increases.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents including personal care and ADLs.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, mobility and other care per care plan.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Sterling Pointe Senior Living is located not far from Highway 169 in Princeton, right across from Fairview Northland Medical Center and Princeton High School. We help seniorsAge Magnificentlyin our 57-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services.

Shifts Available: Full Time/Part Time PM (2:30pm-10:30pm), Full Time NOC (10:30pm-6:30am), every other weekend included.
HHAWage:$17-$22 per hour
CNA Wage:$19-$24 per hour

Shift Differential: $1.00 PM's, $2.00 for NOC 's

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• Assistingresidents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.

• Assist with medication administration.
