Job summary

Arbor Oaks, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a compassionate HHA/CNA to join our caring team in Andover, MN. You will provide direct personal care, assist with daily living activities, and support residents to Age Magnificently in a welcoming 70-unit community.

We offer Full Time PM shifts with weekend rotation. Wages range for HHA: $17–$22 and CNA: $19–$24 per hour, plus shift differentials. Join a team that values respect, dignity, and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience in an assisted living community preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to provide personal care services as per plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, respecting dignity and independence.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers).
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration as needed.

Arbor Oaks, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an HHA/CNA to join our growing team!

Arbor Oaks Senior Living is located right off Hanson Blvd NW in Andover, MN. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 70-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services.

Shifts Available: Full Time PM (3pm-11pm), every other weekend rotation included.
HHA Wage: $17.00 - $22.00 - Based on experience!
CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 - Based on experience!
Shift Differential: $1.00 for PM and $2.00 for NOC

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA's and HHA'sprovide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assistingresidents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations andprovide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
