Job summary

CareGivers America in Dauphin County, PA, is hiring a Pediatric Caregiver. Earn $14.75/hr with paid training provided. No experience needed — training will certify you as an HHA/CNA and help you grow with the company.

Responsibilities include 1:1 in-home supervision of children, assisting with daily living activities, implementing IEPs/BIPs, and facilitating engaging, age-appropriate activities while maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) certificate preferred
• Willingness to work in Dauphin County
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients location

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed
• Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs)
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
