Job summary

CareGivers America in the Schuylkill/Berks Area is hiring a Pediatric Caregiver to provide 1:1 in-home supervision and support for children.

No experience is required; paid training and certification help you become a licensed HHA/CNA. You’ll work with families, following IEPs and BIPs, with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide (HHA) or CNA certificate preferred
• Willingness to work in Minersville
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients location

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed
• Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs)
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
