Advocate Health is hiring at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital - Day Surgery Center in Park Ridge, IL for a Part-time CNA role. Under supervision of the RN, you will provide basic patient-focused care in a clinical setting and perform delegated tasks that support a holistic approach to patient and family dignity.

Formación

• High School Graduate or GED/HSED required.
• CNA - Nurse Aide in good standing per state registry.
• CPR/BLS certification must be obtained within 45 days.
• No experience required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders.

Responsabilidades

• Provides basic, quality patient-centered care under daily direction and supervision of an RN.
• Performs delegated tasks to support patient care and environment.
• Ensures patients and families are treated with dignity and respect.
• Operates equipment necessary to perform job duties.
• May be required to assist with patient handling and transfers with appropriate equipment.
