Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking compassionate Care Partners (CNA/HCA) to provide direct care to residents in our Bellevue-area communities. You will assist with activities of daily living, promote safety and comfort, and support residents' independence with dignity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state CNA or HCA license.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.
• Experience with memory care is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Willingness to participate in weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers) per safety protocols.
• Provide independence, emotional support, engagement and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping (making beds, tidying rooms).
• Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.
