Job summary

Americare Senior Living in Eureka, KS is looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care to residents in a skilled nursing setting. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to care plans to support residents’ daily living and well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with transfers and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Support restorative nursing and therapy activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, homelike environment.
• Follow safety procedures and lifting techniques.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team.
• Report accidents, incidents, or concerns.
