Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Valid CNA certification in the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs.
• Assist with transfers, lifting, and mobility as needed.
• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition.
• Support restorative nursing and therapy activities as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and homelike environment.
• Report accidents or concerns involving residents, staff, or visitors.
• Work with nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members.
• Follow safety procedures and proper lifting techniques.
