Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care in a nursing facility setting. You will support ADLs, monitor residents, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment under licensed clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Assistant certification from the state where the facility operates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team under licensed staff supervision.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Flexible, adaptable to change, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) per resident plan of care.
• Change bed linens and maintain grooming supplies in the resident room.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other data.
• Routinely turn and position residents; ensure call lights are answered promptly.
• Assist in orientation and training of new staff as requested.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
