Job summary

Signature HealthCARE LLC is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision in a 157-bed facility. You will assist with ADLs, monitor vital signs, and help maintain a caring, safe environment for residents in accordance with policies.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from the state where the facility operates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team under licensed nursing staff.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Promote compassionate physical and psychosocial environment.
• Assist residents with ADLs as defined by state regulation and care plans.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other data as assigned.
• Turn and position residents and maintain housekeeping standards in duty areas.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff and participate in special projects.
