Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care under licensed supervision. You will assist with daily living activities, maintain a compassionate environment, and support a patient-centered care approach across our facilities.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from the state.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADLs within scope of practice per plan of care.
• Change bed linens and maintain supplies.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and meals.
• Turn and position residents regularly.
• Support resident rights and choices.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in duty areas.
• Respond to call lights and assist residents.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
