Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily living needs in a person-centered way. This role is located in Virginia and offers part-time and full-time opportunities with competitive pay.

You will assist with activities of daily living, follow individualized care plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure compassionate, timely care while fostering comfort, belonging and well-being for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans with comfort and companionship.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Working with the clinical team to address residents' needs in a timely manner.
