Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/GNA experience preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Support residents in activities of daily living and personal care.
• Provide person-centered care tailored to residents’ needs.
• Assist with activities and programs under supervision of clinical team.
• Implement residents’ care plans focusing on preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to address residents’ needs in a timely manner.
