Job summary

Bend of Cascadia LLC is seeking a caring, dependable Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA I) to join our nursing team in Bend, Oregon. You will help residents regain strength and independence while working with a close-knit team dedicated to quality care in a 60-bed facility.

The role covers evening shifts (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) with union benefits, shift differentials, competitive pay, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k), vacation and sick time, life and disability insurance, EAP,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Oregon CNA certification required.
• Valid CPR certificate required.
• Six months experience in a long-term care environment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene).
• Assisting residents with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Taking and documenting vital signs, intake and output as directed.
• Assisting residents during meals and supporting their nutritional needs.
• Observing residents and promptly communicating changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
• Building positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
• Working collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care.

Education

We’re a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in beautiful Bend, Oregon. We provide compassionate transitional and post-hospital care to help our residents regain their strength, independence, and confidence as they work toward returning home or transitioning to their next stage of care. We’re looking for a caring, dependable, and team-oriented Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA I) to join our nursing team. Requirements

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Licenses/Certification:
