Job summary

Bend Transitional Care in Bend, Oregon is seeking a caring Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA I) for the overnight shift to support residents’ daily living activities. You will work with a close-knit team to ensure high-quality care and safety for residents.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon CNA certification required.
• CPR certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Six months of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Take and document vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Assist during meals and support residents' nutritional needs.
• Observe residents and promptly communicate changes in condition.

We provide compassionate transitional and post-hospital care to help our residents regain their strength, independence, and confidence as they work toward returning home or transitioning to their next stage of care. We’re looking for a caring, dependable, and team-oriented Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA I) to join our nursing team. Overnight Shift 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Providing assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene


• Assisting residents with mobility, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises


• Taking and documenting vital signs, food and fluid intake, and output as directed


• Assisting residents during meals and supporting their nutritional needs


• Observing residents and promptly communicating changes in condition to the nursing team


• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation


• Building positive, respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members


• Working collaboratively with the nursing team to provide exceptional resident care

Requirements

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Licenses/Certification:

• Valid certification as a CNA in Oregon


• Valid CPR certificate

Experience:

• Six months experience in a long term-care environment (preferred but not required)
