Job summary

Wolf Creek Care Center in Grass Valley, CA is hiring full-time CNAs for the PM shift, offering hourly pay starting at $22-24/HR DOE. Join our compassionate, collaborative team committed to resident well-being and meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs, report changes to nursing staff.
• Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and personal preferences are respected.
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and restorative activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the care team.
• Foster a warm, welcoming environment for residents and families.

What You’ll Do

• Supporting residents with meals, hydration, and restorative activities
• Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating effectively with the care team
