Job summary

Willow Creek Health Care Center in Clovis is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the Full-Time AM Shift. You will provide routine care, follow care plans, and support residents with daily activities while maintaining dignity and respect.

The position offers an hourly salary of $18.00-$18.25 with a $1000 sign-on for full-time staff, plus a supportive team environment at a reputable skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications

• Active California CNA license required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Minimum 10th-grade education.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Follow care plans and document observations accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and document observations promptly.
• Maintain accurate care records and flow sheets.
• Report changes to the Charge Nurse.
• Ensure resident safety, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Assist with admissions and orient new residents.
• Assist with transporting residents and preparing for treatments.
• Maintain clean, safe resident areas.
• Respond to call lights promptly and compassionately.
• Support restorative and rehabilitative care.

We are currently hiring part-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are dedicated to delivering high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and professional environment. Position Summary:

As a CNA, you will provide routine daily care and services to residents in accordance with each individual's assessment and care plan, while maintaining comfort, dignity, and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Monitor vital signs and record observations accurately and promptly
• Maintain proper documentation on flow sheets, charts, and resident care records
• Report changes in resident condition or incidents to the Charge Nurse
• Ensure resident safety, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
• Prepare rooms for new admissions and help residents settle in comfortably
• Assist with transporting residents and preparing them for treatments or procedures
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and resident areas
• Respond to call lights and resident needs promptly and compassionately
• Support restorative and rehabilitative care as instructed

Qualifications:

• Must have an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in California
• CPR certification preferred
• Minimum 10th-grade education required
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Must be able to follow care plans, document observations, and interact professionally with staff, residents, and families

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift/move up to 25 pounds
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, and use of hands
• May require occasional assistance in emergency resident evacuations
