Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Accurate documentation and reporting changes to the care team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support meals, hydration and restorative activities.
• Maintain residents' comfort, safety, and personal preferences.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and families.
