Job summary

Wolf Creek Care Center in Grass Valley, CA is hiring full-time Certified Nursing Assistants for the PM shift. You will provide essential hands-on care, assist residents with daily living activities, and help maintain comfort and safety in a supportive team environment.

• Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Taking and recording vital signs and reporting changes in condition to nursing staff
• Supporting residents with meals, hydration, and restorative activities
• Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating with the care team
