Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate with patients, staff, and coworkers.
• BLS, CPI; Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care for patients (bathing, hygiene, linen changes).
• Assist with pre- and post-operative/procedure care and monitoring.
• Perform glucose monitoring and vital signs documentation.
• Support patient transfers and ambulation.
• Maintain a safe, clean patient environment and equipment handling.
• Record and report patient information accurately and promptly.
