Atrium Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team in North Carolina. The role focuses on clerical support for admissions, accurate patient information handling and clear communication with patients, families, and staff.

Under RN supervision, you will assist with personal care, maintain a safe environment, and help with daily living activities. BCLS/CPR and state registration are required to ensure high standards of patient care.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification required and registered with DHHS with no substantiated findings.
• BCLS/CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Completes clerical duties for patient admissions and medical records.
• Ensures confidential, accurate, timely communication of patient information.
• Handles and screens calls and transmits messages as needed.
• Communicates professionally with team, patients, and families.
• Maintains safe, secure, therapeutic environment following procedures.
• Works organized, remains calm under stress.
• Performs NA1+4 skills per NA-1 Enhancer Program guidelines.
• Assists with personal hygiene, comfort and activities of daily living under RN supervision.
• Completes unit responsibilities and assists others when time allows.
• Delivers age-appropriate patient care per guidelines.
