Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Full-Time Night shift at CMC 7B Cardiac Tele. The role requires 6 months to 1 year of cardiac experience; familiarity with drips is preferred.

You'll support patients with implanted devices and maintain follow-up visits, contributing to a tight-knit team dedicated to quality nurse-patient relationships. Education includes RN licensure in NC, BSN preferred, and BCLS/ACLS/PALS as required within stated time frames.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Active RN licensure in North Carolina.
• BCLS required.
• ACLS required within 1 year of hire for Adult Critical Care/Adult ED.
• PALS required within 1 year of hire for Network ED, Peds ED, PICU, NICU and other unit guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and lead other team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide age-appropriate care.
• Maintain patient safety, privacy, and professional behavior; participate in governance and ongoing professional development.
