Job summary

Laurel Crest is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to help create a warm, homelike environment for our residents and join a team that makes a difference.

You’ll provide hands-on daily living support, follow individualized care plans, and work closely with nurses and families, with weekend/holiday flexibility as part of a caring team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
• Create a warm, home-like environment.
• Monitor and report changes in resident health.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant living space.
• Work closely with nurses, families, and care team.
• Maintain documentation and safety standards.
• Weekend & holiday availability required.
