Laurel Crest Retirement in Columbia, SC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on daily living support and follow care plans for residents in a warm, home-like environment.

We offer a progressive sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs and value teamwork, compassionate care, and ongoing training. Weekend/holiday availability is required to meet resident needs and ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
• Create a warm, home-like environment.
• Monitor and report changes in resident health; maintain a clean, safe, and DHEC-compliant living space.
• Work closely with nurses, families, and the care team.
• Maintain documentation and safety standards.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
