Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a 7a–7p PRN/FT shift. Join a mission‑driven team dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors in a warm, home‑like environment.

The role includes daily resident care, adherence to care plans, and collaboration with nurses and families. Candidates should have a CNA credential, CPR certification, and be available weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant credential required.
• CPR certification required.
• 1–3 years of CNA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
• Create a warm, home-like environment.
• Monitor and report changes in resident health.
• Maintain a clean, safe, DHEC-compliant living space.
• Collaborate with nurses, families, and the care team.
• Maintain documentation and safety standards.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
