Job summary

Laurel Crest, part of Presbyterian Communities of South Carolina, seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily living assistance and support to residents in a warm, home-like setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Follow individualized care plans for each resident.
• Create a warm, home-like environment.
• Monitor and report any changes in resident health.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and DHEC-compliant living space.
• Work closely with nurses, families, and your care team.
• Maintain documentation and safety standards.
• Weekend & holiday availability required.
