Masonic Homes of Kentucky, Inc. seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time or part-time shifts.

You will support residents with daily activities, monitor health status and document vital signs, while working with licensed nurses to ensure high-quality care in a respectful, team-oriented setting. Flexible scheduling (day, evening, overnight) and competitive pay are offered, along with benefits and low resident-to-CNA ratios.

Formación

• Current Kentucky CNA certification (active)
• Ability to perform ADLs with residents
• Strong observation and reporting skills
• Excellent communication with residents, families and staff
• Empathy, respect and professionalism in every interaction
• Physical ability to lift/move residents and reposition safely
• Willingness to comply with pre-screening hiring requirements

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating and mobility
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health to licensed nurses
• Obtain and document vital signs
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being with compassion
• Transport, lift and reposition residents safely with proper techniques
• Maintain clean and safe resident environments and restock/sanitize areas
• Assist with isolation procedures and follow infection control protocols
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists and other caregivers to ensure quality care delivery
