Masonic Homes Kentucky is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care at Sam Swope Care Center on our Louisville Campus. The role emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care with ADLs support and collaboration with a care team.

The ideal candidate holds an active Kentucky CNA certification, can work in a flexible schedule including day/evening/overnight shifts, and is committed to maintaining high standards of infection control and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Current Kentucky CNA certification (active and in good standing).
• Able to perform ADLs and assist residents with daily activities.
• Excellent communication with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health to licensed nurses.
• Obtain and document vital signs.
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being with compassion and consistency.
• Transport, lift, and reposition residents safely using proper techniques.
• Maintain clean and safe resident environments, restocking and sanitizing areas.
• Assist with infection control procedures and isolation protocols.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other caregivers to ensure quality care.
