Job summary

Masonic Homes Kentucky is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at the Sam Swope Care Center on the Louisville Campus. This full-time position offers flexible day/evening/overnight options and a supportive, resident-centered team environment.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, observe changes, document vitals, and work with nurses, therapists and other caregivers to ensure quality care. Competitive pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Kentucky CNA certification.
• Strong observation and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to perform ADLs and assist with mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating, mobility).
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health to licensed nurses.
• Obtain and document vital signs.
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being with compassion.
• Transport, lift and reposition residents using proper techniques.
