Job summary

Masonic Homes Kentucky is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time position at the Sam Swope Care Center on our Louisville Campus. You will provide hands-on care in a compassionate, team-oriented environment and support residents with daily activities.

Flexible schedule options (day, evening, overnight) and competitive pay are offered, along with same-day pay, uniforms, transit discounts, and staff support.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky CNA certification in good standing.
• Ability to lift and move residents safely.
• Excellent communication with residents, families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health to licensed nurses.
• Obtain and document vital signs.
• Support residents’ physical and emotional well-being with compassion and consistency.
• Transport, lift and reposition residents safely using proper techniques.
• Maintain clean and safe resident environments; restock and sanitize areas.
• Assist with isolation procedures and follow infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists and other caregivers to ensure quality care.
