Job summary

Masonic Homes Kentucky seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care at Sam Swope Care Center on the Louisville campus. This PT position offers a flexible schedule and resident-centered support, with opportunities to work day, evening or overnight shifts and participate in a supportive team.

You’ll assist with ADLs, observe health changes, document vitals, and collaborate with nurses and therapists to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky CNA certification in good standing.
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Reliable, flexible and resident-centered.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, eating and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health to licensed nurses.
• Obtain and document vital signs.
• Provide compassionate support for physical and emotional well-being.
• Transport, lift and reposition residents safely using proper techniques.
• Maintain clean and safe resident environments and assist with infection control.
