Wadsworth Glen Health Care and Rehabilitation Center in Middletown, CT is hiring CNAs to join our team on full-time and part-time shifts with every-other-weekend rotations. Evening, overnight, and weekend shifts include differentials.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide routine daily nursing care under licensed staff, support residents, document care, and participate in care planning. Connecticut CNA license required; CPR preferred; new graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active and unencumbered Connecticut CNA license.
• CPR certification preferred, but not necessary.
• New graduates welcome!

Responsabilités

• Meet the nursing and rehabilitation needs of residents.
• Participate in planning and following current resident care plan on all residents under your care.
• Complete resident assignments effectively and promptly.
• Observe changes in resident conditions and promptly report them.
• Document accurately and completely.
• Meet personal grooming needs for each resident.
• Promptly answer call lights and ensure they are within reach of the resident.
• Assure the resident care areas are left clean and in an orderly manner.
