Job summary

CareAparent is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Minnesota home health care team. You will deliver safe, respectful care, assist with daily living activities, and support clients and families in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers competitive pay ($19-$22/hour), weekly pay, paid training, PTO, and benefits. Flexibility with 20-40+ hours per week and a focus on dependable, person-centered care are valued in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, car insurance
• Current Minnesota CNA Certification

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal and hygiene care to seniors and disabled adults.
• Assist with meals, nutrition planning and preparation, and provide medication reminders.
• Provide companionship and social engagement to support at-home living.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands as needed.
• Maintain documentation and report changes to the Clinical Manager and coordinators.
