Job summary

Must be CNA-certified, age 16+, with facility-provided training and rotating weekend/holiday shifts. This PRN position requires availability for 6 shifts per month, plus weekend incentives and after-hours shift incentives, with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• CNA certification required and provided by facility.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Minimum age of 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic health care needs including activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with transferring, repositioning, and walking using proper techniques.
• Help with meals, hydration, and nutritional support.
• Document resident interactions and changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Support infection prevention policies and PPE usage as required.
