Job summary

ComForCare in Holladay, UT is seeking a Field Supervisor to support home care aides and coordinate client services from an office setting with occasional client home visits. You will lead non-clinical staff, provide training, review assessments, and ensure compliance with state and accreditation standards.

Ideal candidates hold a current CNA license (minimum 2 years), reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and vehicle insurance, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Must have current CNA license for a minimum of 2 years.
• Work in an office environment and make visits into clients homes.
• Answer phones with client and caregiver questions.
• The Field Supervisor will provide non-clinical guidance and training to home care aides.
• Evaluate performance in the field and obtain client feedback.
• Submit assessments and required documentation promptly.
• Creative problem solver with strong communication.
• Collaborative and coachable with team.
• Handle after-hours calls with additional compensation.
• Be available for shift coverage between 8:30am and 11am.
• Participate in case meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Discuss problems and develop effective solutions for clients.
• Partake in staff trainings and performance reviews for aides.
• Adhere to federal, state and accreditation requirements.
• Maintain licensures and relevant certifications.
