Job summary

ComForCare is seeking a dedicated CNA to join our care team, delivering compassionate in-home services while coordinating with office staff. The role combines office management tasks with hands-on client visits to support families and enhance quality of life.

Candidate must hold an active CNA certification, demonstrate excellent communication, and be willing to participate in team meetings. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must have current CNA license for a minimum of 2 years.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Self motivated and committed to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Must have current CNA license for a minimum of 2 years.
• Work in an office environment and make visits into clients homes.
• Handling after business hour phone calls in a time matter (additional compensation for after hours answering).
• Be open to shift coverage throughout the day, but specifically between the hours of 8:30am and 11am.
• Participates in case meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings as scheduled.
